Led the technical team and oversaw the development of the frontend layer for an ongoing project centered around accommodation sharing. The project utilized technologies such as Backbone, RequireJS, Django, and Tastypie.

My responsibilities encompassed the implementation of tools and methodologies like GIT, GitFlow, Jira, and Scrum, along with the introduction of other agile methodologies. I also provided training to the team on aspects related to maintainability and best practices.
