This was an in-browser Walkie-Talkie, you open the webpage and it connects to a WebSocket, once somebody else joins you know it via the WebSocket and you can start a direct WebRTC voice call with them, no server involved.

Currently down due to the WebSocket server being down. Could be brought up again with some work.
